Service Offering Description
The service offering provides devices the ability to securely access College network resources across a shared or public network. This is primarily used when a device is off-campus and the user needs access to a College hosted system.

IT Responsibilities:
- Assess risk and assign access accordingly.
- Assist faculty and staff with questions and troubleshooting relating to Virtual Private Network.
- Maintain Virtual Private Network client

- Faculty and staff can utilize the Virtual Private Network service.
Service Level Agreement
Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
Response Time 1 business day
Resolution Time 4 business days
Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.
