Roles and Responsibilities

Requester Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to acceptable use policy

IT Responsibilities:

  • Uphold usage policy
  • Assist faculty and staff with questions relating to personal cloud storage.
  • Staying up to date on product features and enhancements.
  • Communicate outages and product updates.

How To Request      

  • Part of the Office 365 suite

Service Audience 

  • Faculty, staff, and students can access personal cloud storage, as long as they are a member of the organization.

Service Level Agreement

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).        

Response Time            1 business day

Resolution Time          4 business days

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.
