Service Offering Description

A service offering that provides and maintains instructor stations that are used in classrooms.  Teaching stations consist of a computer, projector, and controller to change inputs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Requester Responsibilities:

  • Provide ITS with the room location
  • Provide ITS with technology needs

IT Responsibilities:

  • Assess technology equipment and prioritize for updates/replacements
  • Assist faculty and staff with questions relating to teaching stations
  • Communicate outages and system updates
  • Design system
  • Installation

How To Request      

  • Requests are submitted by the Office of the Provost

Service Audience 

  • Faculty and staff can utilize teaching stations

Service Level Agreement

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).        

Response Time            1 business day

Resolution Time          4 business days

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.
