Answer 1:
- To access email, log in to http://myecc.ecc.edu with your student/faculty/staff SUNY Erie username and password.
- Once logged on, click on Open your email on the right side of the page.
Answer 2:
- Open your web browser and type in the address bar https://outlook.office365.com. This will access a Microsoft site.
- Enter your student/faculty/staff email address, then press enter.
- Enter your password and your SUNY Erie email will open.
Answer 3 (iOS mobile App):
- In the App Store search for Microsoft Outlook
- Next to Microsoft Outlook, click GET
- After the app is installed, click on OPEN to launch the app
- Enter your SUNY Erie email address, and then click Add Account
- Enter your password, click Sign in
- You will receive a text or call to verify the login
- When asked to add another account, click Maybe Later
- The popup will ask to enable Notifications, it is your preference if you would like to receive Email notifications on your mobile device.
Answer 4 (Android mobile App):
- In the Play Store, search for Microsoft Outlook
- Next to Microsoft Outlook, click on Install
- After the App is installed, click Open
- Click on GET STARTED
- Enter your SUNY Erie email address, click Continue
- Enter your password, click Sign in
- When asked to add another account, click Maybe Later
- A quick intro will be displayed showing some features in Outlook, click on the arrow or skip to proceed.
Notes:
If you already have the Microsoft Outlook App and need to add your SUNY Erie email:
- Click on the circle in the upper left next to Inbox
- Then click on the gear icon in the lower left
- After the App is installed, click Open
- Under Mail Accounts, choose Add Mail Account, Add Email Account
- Continue from Enter your SUNY Erie email address in the above sections to setup your account.
