How do I schedule a Webex meeting ?

Steps to take from Outlook:

  1. Open Outlook App.
  2. From the Home menu, click on "Schedule Meeting" located in the Webex ribbon.
  3. Select the meeting type you would like to schedule.
  4. Invite attendees
  5. Send invitation

Steps to take from a browser:  

  1. Navigate to https://sunyerie.webex.com
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right hand corner
  3. Enter your SUNY Erie email address and click Sign In
  4. Enter your SUNY Erie email address again and click Next
  5. Enter your SUNY  Erie password  and click Sign In (Note: If off campus you will need to input a verification code)
  6. From the homepage, click on schedule a meeting
  7. Select Meeting Type>Webex Meetings Pro Meeting 
  8. Enter a Meeting Topic
  9. Enter a Date and Time for the meeting
  10. Enter Attendees email addresses separated by a comma or semicolon
  11. Click Schedule or Start

Locating your Host Pin:

  1. Click on the Preferences link located on the left side Menu of your Webex homepage.
  2. Select the My Personal Room tab. Your PIN will be listed in the Host PIN box.
