How do I schedule a Webex meeting ?

Steps to take from Outlook:
- Open Outlook App.
- From the Home menu, click on "Schedule Meeting" located in the Webex ribbon.
- Select the meeting type you would like to schedule.
- Invite attendees
- Send invitation
Steps to take from a browser:
- Navigate to https://sunyerie.webex.com
- Click Sign In in the upper right hand corner
- Enter your SUNY Erie email address and click Sign In
- Enter your SUNY Erie email address again and click Next
- Enter your SUNY Erie password and click Sign In (Note: If off campus you will need to input a verification code)
- From the homepage, click on schedule a meeting
- Select Meeting Type>Webex Meetings Pro Meeting
- Enter a Meeting Topic
- Enter a Date and Time for the meeting
- Enter Attendees email addresses separated by a comma or semicolon
- Click Schedule or Start
Locating your Host Pin:
- Click on the Preferences link located on the left side Menu of your Webex homepage.
- Select the My Personal Room tab. Your PIN will be listed in the Host PIN box.
