How do I reset my ErieEcoPrint Pharos Passcode?

From a campus computer:

  1. Click on the arrow on the task bar
  2. Right-click on Pharos Print
  3. Click on Open User Portal

  4. Click on the hamburger menu on the right side
  5. Click on Passcode

  6. Click Generate to create a new Passcode

  7. Click Regenerate to confirm you want a new Passcode

From a personal computer:

  1. Go to https://user-portal.beacon.pharos.com/sunyerie/jobs/list
  2. Sign in with your SUNY Erie email address and password
  3. Click on the hamburger menu on the right side
  4. Click on Passcode

  5. Click Generate to create a new Passcode

  6. Click Regenerate to confirm you want a new Passcode

Your Passcode is reset

You will receive an email from no-reply@beacon.pharos.com with the subject Pharos Secure Release Passcode
