How do I enroll in ErieEcoPrint Pharos Secure Release?

Answer:

1. Log in to a SUNY Erie computer
2. Open Pharos Secure Release App for the Taskbar

3. A Welcome to Pharos Secure Release will open; click Login to continue

4. Log in using your SUNY Erie email address and password
5. You will receive a Waiting for authentication message

6. Your browser will display an Authenticated Successfully message.

7. You will see a system-generated passcode specific to your account.  (This passcode will allow you to print without your SUNY Erie ID.  The first time you attempt to print after completing the enrollment process, you will need to enter the listed passcode at the printer.)

8. Click Continue
9. You will receive an email from no-reply@beacon.pharos.com with a subject "Pharos Secure Release Passcode Reference", stating a passcode has been successfully created.

When you are enrolled:

You will have gone to a printer and successfully entered your passcode.
