Answer:
- Log in to https://app.coursedog.com/#/login/suny_ecc_workday with your SUNY Erie email address and password.
- Click on the Event Scheduling box if you are presented with several module choices (most users will skip this step).

- Click on Request an Event
- Select Internal (Event) as the type for an on-campus event or Internal (Academic Space) to reserve a room (such as a computer lab for use by a class for a specific day).
- Click Continue
- Fill in the Event info section
- Click Add new Meeting in the Meetings & Locations section
- Enter the Start Date and Start Time and the End Date and End Time, or Select All Day as appropriate.

- If your event or reservation will repeat, choose one of the repeat options: none, daily, weekly, or workdays. Weekly is likely the easiest; to repeat every Thursday, make sure only Thursday is highlighted and then choose the end date or number of occurrences. If you want to reserve a room for a week, enter Monday as the first date, choose to repeat every 1 day, and end date of that Friday.

- Scroll to Locations.
- Click Show Only Available Rooms and All Rooms; you can also use the Filter by Type (we will be adding features over time).
- If you know the room number, it is easier to search by room; for example, if you want to reserve 256 in K-building, enter 256 to narrow the options (if your expected head count exceeds the room's capacity, it will not show; you can deselect Rooms greater than or equal to capacity if needed):
- Select a Location
- Scroll to Contacts
- Add additional contacts if necessary
- Click Submit Event Request
Reservation Submitted Successfully:
You will receive a "Your request has been submitted!" screen as well as an email confirmation. If and when the request has been approved, you will also receive an email confirmation.
