This service offering provides computers for student use in classrooms.

  • Computer accessories including the following
    • Monitor
    • Mouse

Roles and Responsibilities

Requester Responsibilities:

  • Provide ITS with the room location
  • Provide ITS with technology needs

IT Responsibilities:

  • Assess technology equipment and prioritize for updates/replacements
  • Design layout
  • Installation of technology equipment
  • Recommend computer lab layout

How To Request      

  • Requests are submitted by the Office of the Provost

Service Audience 

  • Faculty, staff, and students can utilize computer labs

Service Level Agreement

Response and resolution times are based on operational hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).        

Response Time            1 business day

Resolution Time          4 business days

Please Note: Response Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is moved to an 'In Process' status. Resolution Time is measured from ticket submission date/time until the ticket is completed/resolved.
