How do I forward calls from my office phone when I'm not on-campus?

Answer:

  1. Connect to GlobalProtect VPN
  2. Once connected to the VPN navigate to Call Manager: https://callmanager.ecc.edu/ucmuser
  3. Log in using your Staff Username(without the @ecc.edu) and Password. 
  4. Click Sign In
  5. Under the Phones tab, click Call Forwarding
  6. Click on the check box next to Forward all calls to:
  7. Depending on the number you want to forward to:
    • Another number at the College, enter the 4-digit extension. Example: 1835
    • A local number off the College Campus, enter 9 and the full 7-digit number. Example: 98881234
    • A long distance number other then 716, enter 91 and the full 10-digit number. Example: 913158881234
  8. Click Save

To remove Call Forwarding uncheck the Forward all calls to: check box
