What is Coursedog?

As of July 8, 2026, the old Event Scheduling and Room Reservation system has been replaced with the Events module inside of our Coursedog Events and Academic Scheduling platform.  To access Coursedog, use the following link and your SUNY Erie single-sign on credentials: app.coursedog.com/#/login/suny_ecc_workday

Features:  

• Eliminate scheduling conflicts by being the single-source of truth for room and space reservations that includes academic and non-academic data.
• Workflows and approval processes for Event and Room Reservation requests based on request type with automated email updates.  
• Ability to see what spaces are being used or are available.
• Coming Soon: Events calendar using Coursedog information and ability for organizations outside of SUNY Erie to request events or space through Coursedog.
